One of the three founders of the Scarborough Farmers' Market, Marla Zando, said, “We created this nonprofit booth to benefit the community of nonprofits in Scarborough, support the important work they do, help these groups network within the nonprofit community, fundraise and friendraise, all while supporting the farmers and artisans at the market. 

Scarborough Lions Club Spring Yard Sale is on May 16 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those interested can rent a table for $20. For more information, and to reserve tables, email scarboroughlions644@gmail.com or call 883-9309.  Proceeds benefit the Lions club charitable activities in the community.
