Picture
The Scarborough Lions Club, in partnership with the Scarborough Food Pantry, is holding its first ever “Diaper Drive” to collect infant and toddler diapers and also adult incontinence supplies during the month of January 2023. (>>examples of adult supplies needed)

Prices for all sorts of basic necessities are still high, and many of our neighbors are having a difficult time making ends meet. Some, especially seniors and families with young babies, are making difficult choices at the checkout, and sometimes have to go without essentials.

The Scarborough Lions Club and Scarborough Food Pantry are hoping they can count on the public’s support to help our neighbors through these difficult times. More info is available on the club’s FaceBook page at https://www.facebook.com/ScarboroughLions644/  or at www.scarboroughfoodpantry.org
Donations can be dropped off at three locations in Scarborough during the month of January:
  • Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution, 41 Gorham Road, anytime through 1/31.
  • Scarborough Food Pantry, any Tuesday & Thursday afternoon, 1-4 p.m.
  • Scarborough Lions Club, Saturday January 14th, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Established in 1948, the Scarborough Lions Club mission is to serve our community, meet humanitarian needs, and encourage philanthropy to benefit civic and nonprofit organizations in our community.
